Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Nature of Products

All items sold on this website are pre-owned (used) and may show signs of wear. Items are sold "as-is" unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.

Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The item arrives damaged, OR
  • The item is significantly different from the description

You must contact us within 3 days of delivery to request a return. Returned items must be in the same condition as received.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved:

  • Refunds are sent to your original payment method (or wallet, if you choose)
  • Processing time: 3–10 business days after the item is returned and cleared for refund

You can submit a refund request directly from the Orders page in your account. Our team manually reviews every request and will respond within the processing window.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of used items, products sold "as-is" are not eligible for return unless defective or misrepresented.
